The McHenry Group’s POISE (Professional Outsourcing Interviewing Service for Executives) outsources the first face-to-face interview via videoconferencing (VC) utilizing our vast network of videoconferencing sites across the USA; the VC video is digitized, uploaded to a secure web site and then available for the client’s review via a web portal.

Why do we offer this service?

Have you ever interviewed a candidate, on the phone or, worse, in person and thought to yourself: “Why am I talking to this person?  This is a complete waste of my time.  This person may look good on paper but it is obvious they would be a very bad fit with the chemistry and culture of our company”!
