All organizations have the same goal:  hire the best qualified sales candidates in efforts to optimally grow revenue and profits.  To accomplish effective and timely hiring, most organizations use a variety of "external" search alternatives ranging from the use of websites, job boards, contingency and/or retained search firms.  However, which combination of external search resources utilized depends on many factors such as company size, competition, difficulty of search, urgency and criticality, candidate pool, etc.

The McHenry Group is in touch with your industry.  In a typical year, The McHenry Group (TMG) completes over 130,000 phone calls and logs over 12,000 hours on the phone with professionals exclusively in the Healthcare Software and Services Industry!

Due to our industry focus, versatility of our project and research teams, and our knowledge database of over 175,000 candidates, The McHenry Group offers an array of "Best Fit" recruiting services for our clients.


Qualified (Screened) Resume Service  (QRS)

QRS is an inexpensive, yet powerful, adjunct to organizations with successful internal recruiters that access their own high volume pool of candidates (web page responses, job boards, internally referred candidates).  The good news is there is tremendous “candidate flow” for openings, but almost too much.  In fact, the volume is so huge it is extremely difficult for internal recruiters to screen “possibles” for initial telephone and “face-to-face” screens.  In this scenario, the worst possible situation is a “perfect” impact candidate who is “on-file” gets overlooked.

QRS service provides your internal recruiters with candidate flow from The McHenry Group Search Staff.  Our Search Teams completed over 130,000 telephone calls and logged 12,000 hours on the phone speaking with candidates in your industry!

Upon receipt of your position specifications, our Search Consultants identify, telephone qualify, and screen “Best-Fit” candidates.  The QRS service provides the screened candidates’ resumes and other background information, which places the candidates “solidly in the ballpark” of the position requirements.  The difference is these candidates have been thoroughly screened and qualified with “live conversations” by our award-winning search staff.  Thus, in addition to the current candidate flow, your internal recruiters have a quick-hit target list that can be leveraged by your organization.

 All QRS services are paid monthly (in advance) and can be discontinued at any time.

Selected (Contingency) Qualified Resume Service  (SQRS)

For some openings, your internal recruiters and/or hiring managers may require some selected or targeted candidate resume flow.  As a by-product of  The McHenry Group's 12,000 plus hour/year qualifying candidates over the phone, SQRS provides candidates that are sourced and qualified, and a potential fit for your openings.  At a very attractive contingency fee, these candidate resumes are forwarded and the fee is due only when a referral is hired.

With both the QRS and SQRS services, clients have responsibility to present all aspects of their opportunity (via email, website, or direct contact).


Bronze:  Non-Exclusive Contingency Search

This service is ideal for positions that need to be filled to resolve an urgent organizational need.   The McHenry Group will dedicate appropriate non-exclusive search services to identify, qualify, and screen candidates.  Further, based upon their initial qualification, your specific opportunity will be presented to the candidates and  The McHenry Group will work with you to continually qualify the candidate(s) true interest through the final interview, offer, resignation, and start date.

Fees for the Bronze Service are 100% Contingency.

Silver:  Exclusive “Con-Tainer” Search 
(Part Con-tingent / Part Re-tainer)

This service is a must for critical hires with highly specific background and requirements with a tight hiring timeline. The McHenry Group will dedicate appropriate exclusive search personnel to identify, qualify, and screen candidates.  Further, based upon their initial qualification, your specific opportunity will be presented to the candidates and  The McHenry Group will work with you to continually qualify the candidate(s) true interest through the final interview, offer, resignation, and start date.

While there is no up-front down payment to initiate this project, one-third of the anticipated service fee is due if the project is cancelled or the position remains unfilled after 45 days from contract execution.  Clients have two weeks from receipt of the initial candidate resumes to convert to any other TMG Search Service.


Gold:  Retained Executive Search

These are special searches that due to confidentiality and the highly specific nature of the position and its requirements that the The McHenry Group's Gold Retained Service is a must.   The McHenry Group will dedicate appropriate exclusive search services to identify, qualify, and screen candidates.  Further, based upon their initial qualification, your specific opportunity will be presented to the candidates, and  The McHenry Group will work with you to continually qualify the candidates’ true interest through the final interview, offer, resignation, and start date.

Commensurate with the confidentiality and criticality of these searches, The McHenry Group assigns a full-time Project Team, which is closely managed by the client's Senior TMG Executive Search member.

The Gold Service Fee includes a project initiation fee to initiate the search project, a service fee once the candidate commences employment, and a final fee at the completion of the candidate's first year of employment.

As with all TMG services, The Olympic Search Services stress quality** not quantity.
