TMG is an international Executive Search firm, with a perspective of nearly 20 years in the search world focused exclusively in the healthcare software and services vendor industry. TMG has the benefit of a "longitudinal" view of candidates' career accomplishments, which is a good first step in qualifying real top talent. Since 1991, The McHenry Group (TMG) has strived to provide our clients with only the top sales, marketing, and senior management talent in the industry.

Our client's goals are the same as our goals:

Hire a great candidate that you are not only excited about the first month,
but more importantly, twelve months later!!

 To help achieve this goal, TMG meets all candidates "face-to-face" via videoconferencing utilizing The McHenry Group’s POISE (Professional Outsourcing Interviewing Service for Executives). Our clients outsource the first face-to-face interview via videoconferencing (VC), and the VC video is digitized, uploaded to a secure web site and then available for the client’s review via a web portal. This is sent to you via Email, allowing you to view right from your own computer...at your convenience! (more about this under the Client Services tab)

Additionally, to re-enforce our mutual goals, TMG defers a portion of our fees for 12 months.  If the candidate is released or resigns before the 12-month anniversary with your company, we permanently forfeit this portion of the fee, AND replace the candidate at no additional cost!

TMG's staff of ten recruiters and researchers (with an average tenure in 2009 of 10 years) are committed to delighting our clients with superior service...as well as placing our money where our mouth is!
