With insight on the important nuances required for a key hire, TMG can propose several search options and related service fees. The two most common search approaches are:
PRIORITY SEARCH
This approach aligns with organizations that are seeking to hire an impact player that not only appears to be successful in the first few months, but also more importantly is successful 12 months after hire! With the Priority Search, TMG provides a 12 month replacement guarantee if the candidate leaves anytime in the first year. Additionally, TMG places a portion of the service fee “at risk” and only collects the “at risk” portion if the candidate is still employed 12 months after start date.
As part of this revolutionary guarantee, TMG assigns a full-time, tenured Search Consultant to the search and will also interview all submitted candidates via videoconferencing. If the candidate appears to be a compelling fit, TMG will email a secure web link that allows the interviewing team to view the video of the TMG videoconference interview. Financial investment for the TMG Priority Search is quoted on a fixed fee basis and the total client investment will not change even if the starting salary does! CONTINGENCY SEARCH OPTIONS
