To help achieve this goal, TMG’s Priority Search process includes meeting all candidates “face-to-face” via videoconferencing utilizing The McHenry Group’s POISE (Professional Outsourcing Interviewing Service for Executives). Our clients outsource the first face-to-face interview via videoconferencing (VC), and the VC video is digitized, uploaded to a secure web site and made available for the client’s review via a web portal. This is sent to you via Email, allowing you to view the initial interview right from your own computer…at your convenience! (more about this under the Client Services tab)
Additionally, to re-enforce our mutual goals, TMG provides a 12-month replacement guarantee! If the candidate is released or resigns before the 12-month anniversary with your company, we conduct a replacement search at no additional cost!
